Du-the-Hook 2012

Du-the-Hook was a new Duathlon event to racing calendar this year and it took place at Duncannon on the Hook Peninsula, Co Wexford.

The event was a Duathlon which was suitable for athlete’s of all levels of ability.  It consisted of a 3km Run, a 20km Cycle and finally a 3km Run on Duncannon beach.  Du-the-Hook was sanctioned by Triathlon Ireland.

The event is run by Hook Tourism which is a voluntary organisation which promotes tourism for the Hook Peninsula in the Sunny South East.

Next years event will take place on Saturday the 16th March, so mark your calendar!
